FOH Manager

As a Manager, you will be expected to be the leading member of a cohesive team that supports each other’s success in a fast-paced environment. You will do all that you can to help staff create a memorable guest experience. You will also be expected to work as a team with your other managers to create a consistent culture of accountability and quality that compels our guests and staff to keep coming back.

EXPECTATIONS:

  • Recording payroll data.
  • Ordering beer, liquor, gas, linens, and other supplies while staying within budget limitations.
  • Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses.
  • Process payroll and maintain all relevant records.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to listen, understand, and respond to team member and guest requests in a loud environment.
